International Deliveries
For international orders, shipping is offered only once.
In the case of an exchange, both the return shipping costs and the reshipping fees are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable, even if they were initially offered.
Return
We regret to inform you that refunds are not available. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your dress within 14 days of receipt for a size exchange. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with the size exchange, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will reach out to discuss alternative options.
Exchange
We also offer an exchange service to ensure you receive the perfect dress for your special occasion. If you wish to exchange your dress for a different size or an alternative color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. As with returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive your returned dress, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability. If the requested item is not in stock, we will reach out to discuss available alternatives.
Exception
Please note that certain custom-made or limited-edition dresses may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Sale items are also considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
